This is a topic that most MLM Distributors get defensive about. The difference between the Direct Sales Home Based Business in 2012 and forever for the most part is, doing the same work and earning more on less sales.

Let's say an Affiliate or MLM Rep wanted to make an extra $1000.00 per month. I say it's typical to earn about $50.00 per sale on most sales in this market. So it would take about 20 sales to get to their goal.

With a Direct Sales Home Based Business from 10 years ago to 2012 you earn bigger commissions, somewhere between $500 and $1000 per sale. So you would only need at the minimum commission 2 sales.

So for the same amount of work, which way works best for you? I have conversations with affiliate reps and MLM'ers and they talk bad at me because they don't understand the possibilities of the Direct Sales Home Based Business model I've used up to 2012.

I can speak about MLM because I use to be one. I came into an MLM huge health and wellness company and I got positioned at the highest level in which I spent thousands of dollars. I had to meet an auto-ship amount monthly in order to keep my position to earn 50% of commissions.

I could earn about $200 per sale if I sold it as a package and that was the highest package that could be sold. The prospects only were interested in individual products in which I would earn small commissions. I'm talking in the teens to twenties on commissions. So it would take alot of sales to make the same $1000.00 per month.

That went on for 8 months longer than it should have and I had enough. I went back online and did a little more research on the Direct Sales Home Based Businesses in which I learned the terminology later.

I got started about a month later after the final due diligence was done. After I learned the process I made a $1000.00 commission on my first sale and $30.00 per month in residual income on one sale. When that happened to me, a whole new way of life opened up to me.

Are the old school methods of MLM keeping Network Marketers trapped in outdated warm markets? I recently had a conversation with a MLM'er who has been marketing since 1971 and doesn't know that it is possible for a person with the right techniques to earn a 6 or multiple 6 figure income.

If you find a system that already has the results you are looking for, being successful is almost impossible not to have. All you have to do is plug into the system, get all the training that is provided, get massive amounts of traffic to your opportunity, let the coaches close your sales, and you are on your way to quitting your job.
